History and celebration, fused inside an iconic mill

In 2025 we received a Sol de la Guía Repsol, recognising our work in hospitality. We also received an institutional letter from the President of the Balearic Government, Margalida Prohens Rigo, thanking us for our contribution to promoting the Balearic Islands as a tourist destination. Historic roots: from flour mill to event hub

The four mills of Santa Catalina are an icon of the El Jonquet quarter, tied to Palma's communal and transformative spirit. Built between the 14th and 18th centuries, these windmills used the cliff facing the harbour to grind grain, feeding families and local markets. They were symbols of self-sufficiency in a fishing and working-class neighbourhood linked to the sea and agriculture.

SĀNTAL occupies one of these historic treasures — Molino 4, Carrer de la Indústria 15 — and turned it into a gastronomic jewel right in Santa Catalina, preserving original stonework, the circular geometry of the first floor and the character of the place.
