SĀNTAL occupies a 17th-century windmill on Carrer de la Indústria, in the heart of Santa Catalina. Mallorcan stone walls, a barrel vault, interior rooms and an open-air terrace, hired fully or partially depending on your event.

Frequently asked questions

What people always ask us.

Can the whole windmill be privately hired?

Yes. With Boutique Events the private hire is full or partial depending on guest numbers: from 40 guests the windmill becomes 100% private, with the terrace as open-air space and the interior rooms for food and drinks service.

How long does the event last and until what time?

The Boutique Events experience is designed for a maximum of 4 hours, ending no later than 23:45, to guarantee a smooth event. Brunch Privée is served in two fixed sittings: 9:00 to 10:30 and 13:00 to 14:30.

What is the minimum guest count for each format?

Boutique Events is calculated for 40+ guests; Boutique Birthdays starts at 15 guests; and Brunch Privée works for groups of 10 to 28 depending on the chosen format (one table, separate tables or standing finger food). If your group doesn't fit these ranges, message us on WhatsApp and we'll work it out.

What if my birthday coincides with another event?

We reserve your chosen room exclusively for your group and use a wristband system to manage access, guaranteeing privacy and peace of mind so you can fully enjoy the celebration.

Is security mandatory?

From 50 guests, yes: the Security add-on (€180) is included, with 1 person dedicated to guest accreditation and overall event control. The configurator adds it automatically when it applies.

How do I confirm my date?

You send your proposal via WhatsApp from this page. Our sales team validates the availability of your requested date and sends you a payment link to secure the booking. Once paid, the date is confirmed.

Are there options for special diets?

Yes. For Brunch Privée our team adapts the experience to your preferences and dietary needs, and for the other formats we can arrange vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free alternatives. Just mention it in your WhatsApp message when sending your proposal.
