Can I host a company event at SĀNTAL?
Yes. From 10 to 30 people seated and up to 50 standing, Monday to Friday, for two hours, at any of the three locations. Prices start at $24,000 per person (Argentine pesos, before VAT) with online booking, which carries 10% off. We issue A-type invoices and work with purchase orders. Above 50 people we are not the right venue, and we say so before quoting.

Conde 1200 · 5 blocks from Olleros (Line D)Our first café and our listening bar: an event here can have a vinyl DJ any day of the week. The one production companies from the Audiovisual District use for screenings and launches.

Each format has a fixed time slot — it is the window in which the kitchen can serve it properly while the café is running. Prices are per person, in Argentine pesos, before VAT, and already include the 10% online discount.

How booking works
- Get an instant priceThe online pricing tool returns the final figure straight away, based on venue, format, date and headcount, with the 10% discount already applied. No waiting for anyone to reply.
- Hold the date with a 50% depositThe deposit secures the date. The balance is due up to 48 hours before the event.
- Confirm the details laterBook with an estimated headcount — the exact number and the menu are settled a few days before. What gets lost if you wait is the date, not the seats.
Lead time is seven days minimum, and events run Monday to Friday. For November and December, book in October: Thursdays and Fridays between mid-November and December 18 go first.
For companies: invoicing
SĀNTAL issues A-type invoices — the format an Argentine VAT-registered company needs in order to claim the tax credit — and works with purchase orders. A formal quote goes out by email so that finance or procurement can approve it without asking for anything else.
If your company is registered abroad, tell us when you ask for the quote: the invoicing works differently and it is better to sort it out at the start than on the day.
To have the quote issued correctly first time, send your company's legal name, tax ID, registered address and VAT status along with the date and headcount.

How many people can you host?
From 10 to 30 seated at any of the three locations, and up to 50 in a standing catering format with tapas and cocktails. Above 50 we are not the right venue, and we prefer to say so before quoting rather than squeezing the room.

Which location should I choose?
Colegiales for a brunch or a brand event with a neighborhood feel. Belgrano · Espacio Pirámide for a seated dinner with speeches — it is the largest and most versatile. Chacarita for a relaxed after-office, or if people are coming from all over by public transport.
What are the booking terms?
Monday to Friday, two hours, minimum seven days' notice. The date is held with a 50% deposit and the balance is due up to 48 hours before. Headcount is estimated at booking and confirmed a few days ahead.
Can I see the venue first?
Yes — come and visit with one guest before you decide, and the coffee is on us. For an event you are choosing largely on atmosphere, seeing the room is worth more than any photo.
