This page sets out the identifying details of the owner of this website and the terms on which you may use it, in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

Purpose and terms of use

This website provides information about SĀNTAL's activity in Palma de Mallorca — specialty coffee, brunch, restaurant service and event space — and allows you to request reservations, buy gift cards and ask for event quotes.

By browsing the site you accept these terms. You undertake to use it lawfully, not to introduce content that could damage its systems and not to use it for purposes contrary to the law, good faith or public order.

We reserve the right to modify the information published and these terms at any time, without prior notice. The version in force is always the one published at this address.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, typefaces and design of this site are the property of Santalito Cafe 22 SL or are used with the authorisation of their owners. The SĀNTAL trademark and its distinctive signs are protected.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express written authorisation is not permitted. You may quote or link to content provided you state the source and the original link.

Liability and links

We take care that the information published is correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will run without interruption. Prices, opening hours, menus and availability may change; the binding information is whatever is confirmed in writing for each reservation or quote.

This site contains links to third-party pages (Google Maps, Instagram, TripAdvisor, payment platforms). We do not control that content and accept no responsibility for it: once you follow a link, that site's own terms apply.

Reservations, gift cards and events

The terms shown on each purchase or reservation page form part of this legal notice. In summary:

• Online brunch and lunch reservations. They are requested at least 72 hours in advance, for a maximum of 7 people, and include a 10% discount on the list price for paying online. They are confirmed by paying an attendance commitment of 30% of the total through a secure payment link; the remaining 70% is paid on site on the day of the visit.
• Cancellations and no-shows. If you cannot come, let us know in writing at least 24 hours in advance and we will agree with you either to refund the attendance commitment or to move it to a new date. If you tell us less than 24 hours beforehand, or if you do not turn up on the day of your reservation, the attendance commitment is not refunded.
• Gift cards. They are issued digitally, are valid for 60 days from issue and are redeemed for the experience described on the gift card itself. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for money.
• Events. Requests submitted through the form do not constitute a reservation. Each event is formalised through a written and accepted quote, whose particular terms — date, number of guests, menu, amount and payment schedule — prevail over what is stated here.

To cancel or modify a reservation, a gift card or an event, write to us at santalcafe.es@gmail.com or call +34 691 279 389 as soon as possible. We will confirm the applicable terms in writing.

Data protection and cookies

The processing of your personal data and the use of cookies are explained in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this legal notice. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability as set out on that same page.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, unless consumer legislation establishes another mandatory jurisdiction for the consumer.
