Do I need a reservation to visit SĀNTAL Palma?
For everyday visits, no: we work on a walk-in basis every day from 9:00. Online booking is designed for those who plan their visit ahead and want their table ready on arrival, and for groups.
What does the €25 per person booking include?
The complete windmill experience, as brunch or lunch: one item from your chosen section (Brunch or Lunch), one sweet from the Patisserie, one specialty coffee and one fresh juice per person. Every guest picks whatever they fancy most on the day.
Why should I book and pay online?
Because you pay less: the list price of the experience is €28 per person, and booking online you pay €25 with the 10% OFF already applied. Plus you arrive with your table ready and everything sorted.
Can I book lunch as well as brunch?
Yes, that’s what’s new: when building your booking you pick Brunch or Lunch. The Lunch section includes pastrami sandwich, Caesar salad, burrata with sun-dried tomato tapenade and more, always with a sweet from the Patisserie, specialty coffee and fresh juice included.
Do I have to pay for the whole booking upfront?
No. To confirm your booking you only pay a 30% Attendance Commitment of the total with the secure Square link. The remaining 70% is paid at the windmill, on the day of your visit. The commitment lets us hold your table firmly and keep the 10% OFF for paying online.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Online bookings (up to 7 people) are made 72 hours in advance: the calendar shows available dates starting 3 days from today. Group buffets for 8 to 28 people are arranged with 7 days notice.
How do I pay for my booking?
When you send your booking via WhatsApp, the secure Square payment link stays in the same chat. Both online bookings of up to 7 people and group buffets are confirmed by paying a 30% Attendance Commitment of the total and sending the receipt by replying to that same message. The remaining 70% is paid at the windmill, on the day of your visit. We send back your personalized digital confirmation.
Do you host group brunches and events in Palma?
Yes. From 8 to 16 people, a seated buffet with everyone at one table in a shared room; from 17 to 28, a standing finger-food buffet on islands, in a private room. Both at €35 per person with an Aperol Spritz or Mimosa included, with 7 days notice, and the date is confirmed by paying a 30% deposit of the total.
