The two set combinations
If you want the full breakfast you do not need to add it up piece by piece: Build your brunch is 22 € and includes a toast, a pastry, a coffee and a juice. At midday the menu of the day is 19 € with a dish, water or a soft drink and coffee. Both are ordered at the table, no booking.

Booking online costs 25 € per person (list price 28 €), 72 hours in advance, with a 30 %% deposit, and it includes the same as Build your brunch: toast, pastry, coffee and juice. What the 3 € over the counter price buys you is the reserved table and a guaranteed slot, which matters at weekends. For 8 to 28 people there is a buffet at 35 € per person with 7 days' notice.
Extras and plant milks
Anything can be built on: smoked salmon and burrata at 4 €, avocado, bacon and chicken at 2.50 €, and at 2 € the poached egg, the cherry tomatoes, mango, beetroot hummus, smoked cheese, ham and peanut butter. Gluten-free bread is a 2 € extra. Plant milks — almond or oat — add 0.50 € to the coffee.
Vegan and gluten-free
Two dishes are named vegan on the menu: the Vegan Sandwich (13.50 €), on focaccia with beetroot hummus, pickles, greens, sun-dried tomato tapenade and sprouts, and the Vegan Cookie (3.80 €), oat and blueberry. Unlabelled but equally suitable: the beetroot hummus with pita (11 €) and the fresh mango and mint salad (14 €). For gluten-free, the bread swaps for 2 €. When to come
We open every day from 9:00 to 15:00, Wednesdays included. Three windows:
- 9:00 to 10:30 — the quiet one. Terrace in the shade, no wait, the pastry counter just out of the oven.
- 11:30 to 13:30 — the busy one, especially Saturday and Sunday. This is when booking earns its keep.
- 13:30 to 15:00 — the last stretch. Lunch is on, the rolls may be gone, and the light on the terrace is the best of the day.

The building. SĀNTAL works inside one of the windmills on Carrer de la Indústria, dated to around 1680 and listed as a Conjunto Histórico Artístico since 1982.
