How much does a company Christmas party cost at SĀNTAL Palma?
Between €27 and €90 per person, VAT included: Toast €27, Tapas €38, Full tapas €45, Celebration €63 and Seated dinner €90. Add-ons (DJ, cocktail bar, photographer, band or security) also include VAT.
What do the drinks include?
It depends on the menu: the Toast includes one welcome drink; Tapas, an open bar for the first two hours; Full tapas and Celebration, an open bar for the whole event; and the Seated dinner, an open bar with cava all night. The open bar covers Estrella Damm draught beer, white, red or rosé wine, water and soft drinks.
How many people fit?
Up to 130 guests with the whole mill. The Interior Hall takes up to 80, The Terrace up to 50, the Cowork up to 30 in an informal setting, and The Mill is booked exclusively for small groups.
What if we are fewer than 40?
The tapas menus are booked online for groups of 40 to 130. With fewer guests, we send you a quote for your group. The Seated dinner is booked online for 10 to 40 guests.
How do we secure the date?
Online, on this page: choose the menu, guests, date, time and whether you want exclusive use of the mill (optional and not included in the menus: €300 VAT included for the whole mill, once per event), then pay a 50% deposit with Square. The other 50% is paid at the venue on the day of the dinner. With less than 7 days' notice or group sizes outside the ranges, we send you a quote with no payment. Thursdays and Fridays in December are the first dates to go.
How late can it run, and can we use the terrace in December?
Up to four hours of event, finishing by midnight at the latest. The Terrace has heaters and an enclosure and can be used until midnight; in December it works best for the welcome, with the hall as the main space.
Are there vegetarian and gluten-free options?
Yes. Tell us how many guests need them when you ask for a quote and the kitchen will prepare them. The kitchen is our own, not an outside caterer.
Can we add a DJ, cocktails or a photographer?
Yes: cocktail bar (€27 per person, two hours), sound and DJ (€1,000), jazz swing band (€700, indicative), photographer (€500) and security (€180, required from 50 guests). For presentations there are LED screens, microphones and lighting.
Where is it and how do we get there?
At Carrer de la Indústria 15, Molino 4, 07013 Palma, in Santa Catalina, next to the market. Ten minutes by car from central Palma and twenty from Son Sant Joan airport, with parking a few metres away.
