Where can my company hold its year-end event or Christmas dinner in Palma de Mallorca?
At SĀNTAL Mallorca, a 17th-century mill in Santa Catalina converted into an events venue: three rooms and a terrace for up to 130 people, in-house Mediterranean kitchen, bespoke technical production and a Repsol Guide Solete 2025. Ten minutes from the centre of Palma and twenty from the airport. Dates available for 2026 and 2027.
We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday 9:00–19:00. Free and without obligation. Service in English, German and Spanish.Where to hold the company Christmas dinner in Palma
Between November and December, the restaurants of Santa Catalina, La Lonja and the Paseo Marítimo fill up with group dinners and hotel function rooms are booked months in advance. SĀNTAL Mallorca is the alternative for companies that want something other than a long table in a restaurant or a carpeted hall: a 17th-century mill in the heart of Santa Catalina, with its own space, its own kitchen and a team that produces the entire event, from the welcome drink to the last cocktail.
It is the same venue the Repsol Guide recognised with a Solete in 2025, and the same one that works as the neighbourhood's specialty coffee shop every morning. In the afternoon and evening it becomes a venue: available for exclusive hire in full, by room or terrace only, until midnight.
Three rooms and a terrace for groups of 20 to 130 people
- The Mill TowerExclusive hire
The original cylindrical tower from the 17th century. The most singular space in Palma for a board dinner, a results presentation or the moment of the toast. Booked exclusively.
- Interior HallUp to 80 people
Centuries-old stone vault and terracotta floor. Air-conditioned, with AV equipment and WiFi. Up to 80 people seated for a banquet, standing for a cocktail or in theatre layout for a presentation.
- The TerraceUp to 50 people · heaters and enclosure
Mediterranean planting and views of the mill. It is the space companies ask for the welcome cocktail and, with heaters and an enclosure, for the evening toast until midnight even in winter.
- CoworkUp to 30 people · informal format
The room for the morning workshop, the after-work drinks or a short toast for a small team, without setting up a whole hall.
Combined, the four spaces allow an event of up to 130 people with flow between indoors and outdoors, without any group being cramped.
Year-end corporate formats: dinner, cocktail, team building and drinks
No two companies are alike and there is no fixed package. These are the most requested formats and how they work in the mill:
- Seated company dinner or lunch. The classic format for teams of 20 to 80. Long tables, set or à la carte menu, time for the management speech and the awards.
- Standing cocktail with finger food. For large groups or teams from several departments. Canapés with local produce, food stations and a bar: in two hours everyone talks to three times as many colleagues as they would seated.
- Team building and drinks on the same day. Activity or meeting in the morning in the Interior Hall or the Cowork room, lunch or cocktail afterwards, without changing venue or supplier.
- Product launch and celebration. Presentation with LED screen and sound in the hall, then the after-party on the terrace. Same afternoon, same production team.
- Workshop and after-work. A working day with projector and WiFi, closing with cocktails and mixology from 18:00.
- Short year-end toast. An hour and a half, aperitif and drinks. Fits working hours and a contained budget.
| Format | Indicative capacity | Time of day | Who it suits |

Mediterranean signature cuisine and mixology for company events
The kitchen is in-house: no outside caterer arriving in a van. Finger food and canapés with local produce, menus personalised for each company, vegetarian and gluten-free options, Mallorcan and international wines, cava and champagne. The mixology bar prepares cocktails and mocktails to order. Service, production and menu are brought together in a tailored quote for each company, based on format, number of guests and budget per person.
Technical production: sound, DJ, LED screens and security
When the event calls for it, we add private security, sound system, DJ booth, lighting, LED screens and all the audiovisual kit: microphones for the speech, projection of the video of the year, live music. It is coordinated by the same team that handles the booking, with a single point of contact and a single quote.
Why SĀNTAL rather than a hotel or a generic restaurant in Palma
- It is a 17th-century mill, not a function room. In a hotel the room is interchangeable; here people ask where you were.
- Its own terrace in Santa Catalina. Group restaurants do not have one; hotels share theirs with guests. With heaters and an enclosure, it works in December too.
- In-house kitchen, not outsourced catering. The same team that serves the neighbourhood's specialty coffee every morning, recognised with a Repsol Solete 2025.
- Technical production in the same proposal. Sound, DJ, LED, security: one contact, one quote.
- Real exclusivity. Of the mill, of a room or of the whole venue. No table next door.
- Honest scale. From 20 to 130 people. Not the place for 400; the best place for 80 people to actually talk to each other.

Frequently asked questions about company dinners at SĀNTAL Palma
How many people can SĀNTAL Mallorca host for a company Christmas dinner?
Up to 130 people with exclusive hire of the whole mill. The Interior Hall seats up to 80, the Terrace holds up to 50, the Cowork room up to 30 in an informal format, and the Mill Tower is booked exclusively for small groups. The exact layout depends on the format: seated, standing cocktail or a mix of indoor and terrace.
Where exactly is it and in which neighbourhood?
At Carrer de la Indústria 15, Molino 4, 07013 Palma de Mallorca, in Santa Catalina. Two steps from the Santa Catalina market and Es Jonquet, and ten minutes on foot from the Paseo Marítimo, La Lonja and Es Baluard. It is the neighbourhood with the most restaurants and nightlife in Palma, and the most requested for company events.
How do we get there and is there parking?
By car, 10 minutes from the centre of Palma, 20 from Son Sant Joan airport and the cruise terminal, and under 30 from Calvià, Puerto Portals, Marratxí or Llucmajor. There is parking a few metres from the mill, and events can run until midnight.
Can the terrace be used at night in November and December?
Yes. The Terrace holds up to 50 people, has heaters and an enclosure, and can be used until midnight. In November it usually works for the welcome cocktail or an open-air toast; in December we recommend using it as the welcome space and the hall as the main room.
Do you have AV production for presentations and the video of the year?
Yes. The Interior Hall has AV equipment and WiFi, and for larger events we add professional sound, microphones, LED screens, lighting, a DJ booth and private security. Everything is coordinated by the same team that handles the booking, so the company has a single point of contact and a single quote.
Can the menus be adapted to our company?
Yes. The kitchen is in-house and every proposal is designed to measure: finger food and canapés with local produce, seated menu, food stations, Mallorcan and international wines, cava, champagne and mixology with cocktails and mocktails. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available, and other dietary requirements are covered in the tailored quote.
How far in advance should we book the company Christmas dinner?
Thursday and Friday dates between 20 November and 19 December go first, and groups of more than 50 should lock in a date in September or October. For large events the norm is to book 8 to 12 months ahead; the menu and final headcount are confirmed later.
Is there availability for 2026 and 2027?
Yes. The events page shows a calendar with free dates for 2026 and 2027, and both seasons can be booked in advance. If the date you want does not appear, it is still worth asking: many dates free up.
What makes SĀNTAL different from a hotel function room?
The space: a 17th-century mill with its own terrace in Santa Catalina, rather than an interchangeable room. The kitchen: in-house and recognised with a Repsol Guide Solete 2025, not outsourced catering. And real exclusivity, with no hotel guests or other groups sharing the space.
Can we do team building and dinner in the same place on the same day?
Yes. It is one of the most requested formats: meeting, results presentation or activity in the morning in the Interior Hall or the Cowork room, then lunch, cocktail or dinner afterwards, with a single supplier and no transfers. Technical production covers both parts of the day.
Can the whole venue be hired exclusively?
Yes. You can hire the entire mill, one of the rooms or just the terrace, depending on group size and budget. Full exclusive hire is the option for events of 80 to 130 people or for companies that want the venue to themselves.
How do we request a quote and how fast do you reply?
By WhatsApp on +34 635 036 110 or through the form on the events page, stating date, number of guests, type of event and approximate budget per person.
